Order Details
Wholesale products are for parks and shop outlets for resale at retail price. To make shopping carts simple we have grouped certain purchases to single sizes or colors. If you have specific sizes, colors or other needs please detail them in the comments box with your submission, or contact info@splinterskatepark.com with questions about your order.

Shipping Details
We aim to process orders as fast as possible for shipping out within four business days of ordering. Delivery times will vary depending on location and stock available. Production of an out of stock item will increase shipping time. Shipping cost is calculated as an average across the United States to make ordering simple. Any order outside of the US will be invoiced for the additional shipping cost it incurs.

No Refund Policy
Damaged or returned items will not be refunded, but a credit of equal amount may be offered towards future orders, minus shipping costs. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items due to shipping carrier. Disputes over damaged or lost items through shipping must be taken up directly with the shipping carrier. To request to purchase shipping insurance place a note in the comment box and we will calculate insurance and invoice you accordingly.
